Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Shipments Will not occur on weekends or holidays due to unable to have packages picked up on those days and will go out the next available business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Some items may be bulky and due to this the package price is calculated by total size.
Auspost is the main service but for custom orders contacted directly other services may be used to save money for your transaction.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipment confirmation will be automatic and you will receive an email, Check spam,junk folders if you have not received this email.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email when your order is fulfilled,Check spam,junk folders if you have not received this email.
Damages
LDP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or me directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Australia is currently the main location i ship within but custom shipping orders are available, Due to shipping rates this can get very expensive even for a small item, Please email or msg the facebook page to create an order.
Returns Policy
Returns are not paid for by LDP, You will need to send it for a full refund or exchange item, A return address will be provided during your contact with me.
